DVC FKCE offers free, public training and support for resource families, adoptive families, and professionals working with children, including RFA Pre-Service, continuing education, and The Heritage Project. Participants gain certificates meeting state and county requirements, with expert-led sessions on essential caregiving topics.
DVC is developing a new Educational Strategic Plan for 2026-2031—revising the Mission, Vision & Values and establishing strategic goals and actions to serve as our roadmap for the next five years.
The CIS program provides students with the essential computer skills for successful employment, coupled with analytical and technical knowledge needed for transfer. Subjects include database management, project management, web graphics and web technology.
DVC offers non-degree classes and programs that provide kids and members of the local community with opportunities to learn, grow and develop.
