Scholarships are available to assist students with their educational costs and are awarded on the basis of academic or personal achievement, financial need, field of study, community service, participation in campus activities, and/or other qualifications. Scholarships are made possible through the generosity of the DVC Foundation, community organizations, local businesses, and other private donors. Entering DVC students, continuing DVC students, and students transferring to four-year colleges will find many opportunities to compete for DVC scholarships and external scholarships.

To minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Scholarship Office is offering limited in-person services on Thursdays from 9 am - 3 pm. The Scholarship Office is available remotely Mondays,Tuesdays,Thursdays 8 am - 4:30 and Fridays 8 am - 1 pm. You may contact our office by emailing
