Diablo Valley College is accredited by the Accrediting Commissions for Community and Junior Colleges of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). The college operates under a semester calendar.
DVC has two Admission & Records Offices. One is located at our Pleasant Hill campus and the other is at our San Ramon campus.

ELIGIBILITY TO ATTEND
If you are 18 years or older, or a high school graduate or the equivalent of a high school graduate, you are eligible for admissions to DVC. Students whose legal residence is outside the state of California are subject to out-of-state tuition. To be a California resident, you must have lived in California as a resident for one full year before the start of the term.
