The AANHPI learning community is a transformative initiative designed to empower Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander students, unlock their potential, and advocate for the success of underserved students.

The AANHPI Learning Community invites all students to explore the histories, contributions, and challenges of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities—while building connections across cultures.

Eligibility
The AANHPI learning community is open to all students and designed to support and empower Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander students.
Who Can Participate?
ALL students are welcome to join; however, we strongly encourage students to enroll in our DVC AANHPI Courses to join our AANHPI Cohort. Cohort members must enroll in a minimum of 1-AANHPI course(s) to receive priority considerations and recognized privileges.
If students are unable to register for AANHPI course(s), they are considered Friends of AANHPI and are still invited to our community events and cultural celebrations.

Registration
Fall 2026 registration is now closed. Please meet with an AANHPI counselor to sign up for spring 2027. If you're interested, complete the AANHPI Interest Form, and our team will contact you soon.
