If you plan to exceed units for Summer 2024, fill out this form on or after April 22nd, 2024. 

• Permission to Exceed Units 
  • If your class begins before the start of the semester (example August 12th and the semester begins August 26th) please state this in your request.
  • If you plan to exceed units for Summer 2024, fill out this form starting on or after April 22, 2024.  If you plan to exceed units for Fall 2024, fill out this form starting on or after May 13, 2024.  If you plan to exceed units for Spring 2025, fill out this form on or after December 5th, 2024. 
  • If you have an urgent upcoming course deadline, please fill out the exceed unit form and also send an email to cwoodson@dvc.edu.
