The following Diablo Valley College programs are accredited by programmatic accrediting bodies, which determine eligibility for licensure/certification.
DVC Procedure 3025.02
The purpose of DVC Procedure 3025.02 is to regulate advertising, solicitation, sales and distribution of commercial materials on campus by students, individuals and outside organizations. The enforcement of this Procedure will ensure a campus environment conducive to student learning.
DVC Procedure 3025.03
The primary purposes of DVC Procedure 3025.03 are 1) to ensure that students are able to freely engage in protected expression in areas designated for that purpose; 2) to protect student safety; 3) to prevent substantial disruption of the learning environment and the orderly operation of District campuses; and 4) to preserve District facilities for their intended use.
