Upcoming Career Events

Career Services hosts a variety of events and workshops. These programs cover topics related to job searching, professional preparation, major exploration, and more. They are presented by our staff, counselors, and other student services departments.

SAVE THE DATE: Spring 2023 Career Fair on Wednesday, March 22nd, from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. Location, DVC, Pleasant Hill Campus, Commons (Cafeteria if inclement to weather).

This in-person fair brings together communities throughout the Contra Costa Community College District! Students from three colleges - Contra Costa College, Diablo Valley College, and Los Medanos College are invited to attend and connect with local employers and organizations who are looking for enthusiastic and qualified candidates!

  • Employers interested in participating must have an active Handshake account. 
  • Priority is given to employers in Contra Costa County and this fair allows no more than three employers in same industry.
  • Employer pre-registration will begin on Monday January 30th, at 8:00 am, and pre-registration closes on Thursday March 2nd at 5:00 pm. Pre-register Here.
