Library Services
The San Ramon Campus library is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00
pm.
We are offering the following services:
In-Person Services
Research Help: Work with a librarian to find high quality sources for any project
and for assistance with citation formatting.
Textbook Access: Borrow required course textbooks for use in the library.
Study Spaces: Enjoy a variety of spaces for group and quiet study. Groups of 2 or
more can reserve a group study room for up to 3 hours per day.
Printer and Scanner Use: The library has a black and white pay for print printer and
an overhead scanner. The scanner is free and students can save their scans to a usb
flash drive or cloud storage or email themselves their files.
Remote Services
Research Materials: All of the library's online resources including newspaper, magazine
and journal articles, ebooks, and streaming films are available online via the DVC Library website.
Textbook Scanning via Email: Request pdf copies of up to two chapters from any textbook in our Textbook Reserves collections.
24/7 Research Assistance: Ask a Librarian for live, online help anytime.
1-on-1 Research Appointments: Have a longer research question? Schedule a 30-minute appointment to work with a librarian 1-on-1 in person or over Zoom.
