San Ramon Campus Library

Welcome to the San Ramon Campus Library!

We are here to help—the library is your campus resource for finding research materials and asking all your research questions. We are here to support you in achieving your academic goals.

Library Services

The San Ramon Campus library is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

We are offering the following services:

In-Person Services
- Research Help: Work with a librarian to find high quality sources for any project and for assistance with citation formatting.
- Textbook Access: Borrow required course textbooks for use in the library.
- Study Spaces: Enjoy a variety of spaces for group and quiet study. Groups of 2 or more can reserve a group study room for up to 3 hours per day.
- Printer and Scanner Use: The library has a black and white pay for print printer and an overhead scanner. The scanner is free and students can save their scans to a usb flash drive or cloud storage or email themselves their files.
Remote Services
- Research Materials: All of the library's online resources including newspaper, magazine and journal articles, ebooks, and streaming films are available online via the DVC Library website.
- Textbook Scanning via Email: Request pdf copies of up to two chapters from any textbook in our Textbook Reserves collections.
- 24/7 Research Assistance: Ask a Librarian for live, online help anytime.
- 1-on-1 Research Appointments: Have a longer research question? Schedule a 30-minute appointment to work with a librarian 1-on-1 in person or over Zoom.
